throttle response...?

I haven't had the problem in the past couple of days...but 2 days following the day that my o2 housing blew apart, my car was acting a little wierd.

My car wouldn't accelerate unless I pressed the gas pedal 50% or more...I have tested compression, replaced plugs, and checked the throttle cable. I ordered a new fuel filter thinking that maybe I wasnt getting enought fuel, or maybe a bad tank of gas. I dont know if the exhaust problem had any effect on this acceleration issue.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause this, or have experienced it?
