How do yo do a flush?

can someone plz tell me what i need to buy and what i need to do in order to get a flush done for my 94 pontiac grand am gt 3.1 .' can you guys expalin in details please i beg of you!!! i need to have this done

its one of the easest things to do. first you will ned to buy your anti freeze. gm says to use their dex-cool but other people says this the cause of the intake leaking problem some ga have. its up to you. you'll should only need one 1gal jug unless you buy the premix stuff like i did. you'll need something to drain the old coolant out in, such as a tub.
don't do this while the engine is hot. if you look on the driver side of the radiater you should see a small plug. position your tub underneath the plug and twist the plug (i forget the direction) and let the coolant drain out. plug it back up and fill the radiater with staight water and start the engine and run the heat on full for a couple minutes. then drain the water out and fill with the mix. run the engine again for awhile and top off the coolant as needed.
