Mustang tilt

Does anyone know where I can purchase a tilt column for a 1970 Mustang
convertible? Any sources? I really want one and I am having little in
the way of results.

Try National Parts Depot. Thay carry pretty much any and all restoration parts.

Ebay is pretty obvious and the first place I looked. If National Parts Depot carried them, we'd all have tilt columns for our 70 Mustangs. They aren't available as a repro. 1970 is supposed to be a unique year for this column and is only interchangeable with 70 Cougars. 1969 doesn't fit because the key was switched from the column in 1970 versus the dash in 69. I can get an aftermarket unit from ididit, but they are really meant for street rods and don't look original. All shiny or painted and look like a Chevy van column.
Thus, the (Ford) 70 columns can sell for over 600 bucks in primo condition because of their unique application. Thanks for the responses. Keep em coming and I'll always check back.
