heat stays on

1996 9c1 127,000 On my controlers, I noticed that air still blows from under the dash, even after the controler is off. if its on cold it blows cold and warm for hot.. are these supposed to stay on, for air, or its there a problem somewhere

does it come out of the vents down there and can you hear the blower going?

I have the same thing with my 94 Caprice. I was wondering the same thing, just never asked.

On mine, I cant hear the blower, I just feel the air.

can you feel it at a stop or just when moving?
