Question about car

Hi, i just had a few questions on whether or not this car is a good buy. The car is a 1999 bmw 328i with 50 or 60k miles on it for $22,000 dollars. Is that a bad price for it? And is maintenance really expensive if you don't have a factory warranty anymore?

In USD... it depends on what options on it?.. leather?.. fully loaded? .. etc.
if it's fully loaded, it's a decent price for it.
Maintenance is expensive if you go to a BMW dealership. There are other certified BMW dealerships around that you can go to, and save a bundle. Then maintenance isn't much more than a Honda or any other import.
