2000 GP SE wiper fluid

the wiper fluid in my girlfriends 2000 Grand Prix SE 3.1 doesnt work, so i checked it out. i couldnt here the fluid pump, so i went to look at that and realized that it wasnt even plugged in. i followed the wires out of the reservoir to the two wire harness, and it isnt hooked to anything. it seems like it should be so simple, but neither of us, or any of my friends could find the other end of the harness. can anyone tell me where it is?
