Rear Evaporation Hoses

Habe the P0455 code dealership identified it as the rear evaporation hoses. Where are these hoses located and can I repair them myself? If so can I buy the hoses from a non OEM parts store or do I need to purchase from Dealer?

The hoses are under van near driver's seat, going to the cannister that stores fuel vapors. Check the rubber hoses under the air filter assembly in engine compartment. They usually get split.
You can fix it yourself and buy the rubber hoses at any auto parts store.
It is very easy.
