Airbags did not deploy?????

I got in a Accident on Friday Sept, 22 2006 I was going about 60 MPH and i rear ended another car and my Airbags never deployed I was wondering if there is someone i should call or is this a common thing that they already know about thank you

Not every collision triggers SIRS deployment, the rate of deceleration is programmed into the module to account for what the engineers feel is necessary to protect the passengers beyond the shoulder harnesses. If you feel the impact and damage warranted the deployment, file a complaint thru a dealer for a field investigation arranged by GM, but performed by a 3rd party engineering firm.
