Big Problem

i had to replace the fuel rail on my 95 Eagle talon esi n/t and i did the fuel pressure relief process and the battery was out for a while and yesterday i put the new fuel rail in and now some how got a power loss to the ignition coil and fuel pump ...i think it is the anti theft system is there anyway to bypass it
