My Wife tried to jump our 2002 honda accord and crossed the jumper cables. The only thing that is wrong with it is that the cigerate lighter and radio dont work. I check the fuse and it was blown. I replaced it but as soon as I put the fuse in it blows with out the key on or anything.

If everything else works you are lucky. Which fuse is blowing?

the only fuse that blowers is the 20 amp fuse for the radio and lighter, but it just keeps blowing.

I have heard that crossing cables will kill the computer from the starters. So you probably are the lucky one.
Good luck!

Disconnect the radio and see if the fuse still blows. There is nothing in the lighter circuit that would react to the reversed polarity. In the radio, you may have blown a capacitor that keeps the station memory alive. .

I guess you were right. I disconected the radio and the fuse does not blow. So I guess I will just need to replace the radio or is their a way to fix the old one?

There is a way to fix it but don't know how much you want to spend. Contact your Honda dealer. He probably has somebody he uses to fix radios that need fixin. He can give you an estimate. It could be as simple as replacing a diode or capacitor or a lot more. The other option is a junk yard or an after market installation.
