HF exhaust manifolds

where can I get an exhaust manifold for an 89 rex hf, as well as an intake manifold. Or if anyone has ideas to boost HP up a little for the cross town traffic.

I have an intake and an exhaust mani for the 88 rex HF... dunno if the intake is the same.. the exhaust is the one that's easy to make a turbo mani out of though.. where the cat mounts in front of the engine.. if you want 'em, email me an offer.

He's got an 89 HF, so he doesnt need to convert to mpfi since its an HF and hes already got it. IMO, your your best bet would be to find a cheap D16A6 someone has lying around and swap it with your current D15B8. Its really not worth upgrading your B8 with intake and exhaust mani.
