If anyone doesnt mind me asking. What is the difference between a Long block DOHC B16 and regular block DOHC B16. I have no idea what the difference is b/c im looking to swap my hatch into a b16 i just want to know what is a better deal for more power. Thanks!

A long block is the same exact thing, except that you dont get the complete engine..and the difference between a long block and a short block is thta it does not include the head, manifolds and several other parts.

not trying to be a jerk but please run a search. we've covered everything from what engine fit, what are the different specs, what after-market parts work.....you name it, it has been covered.
the basic answer to your question is a long block is complete engine block, a short block is just the bare block. you need a long block to do a swap, you use a short block when you are just replacing your tired/blown up engine. what a short block comes with depends on the engine distrubitor...some places pick them pretty clean of "extra" parts before it's shipped
