Where Do's This Ground Wire Go???

I'v been having stalling problem that 3 diffent mechanic can't fix. On a 97

Dohc neon there is ground wire located right by the passanger side strut

mount, You can see it if you pop open the hood. If it a nice ay out and there

is still sunshine would you go out side and tell me where that wire go's?

It grounds to the valve cover by the coilpack. Its easy to see where it goes the bolt hole looks different from the rest
