Aftermarket shifters

When I installed my shifter I broke the bottom so u can see the metal pole. It doesn't look clean and there is a big square where it goes into the plastic shifter piece at the bottom. Anyone have a good looking automatic shifter that looks clean? Please post pics. Also has anyone heard of the Razo ball shifter? It looks like a manual, but is for automatics. U push the ball down to shift. Sounded interesting. All comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Wow, that looks a lot like mine. Same part got messed up too. I even have the same disc changer. Oh, wait. That is my car. Thanks for reposting my own pic.

c'mon. U guys can give a little more help than that. I can't even get the stock shifter back on. How's the P11 shifter? You think that would look nice? (don't know what it looks like)
