iight... i have a 2002 mustang.. 3.8L V6.. does it have a governor? and if so.. how can i remove it

Yes its governed at 116, you can remove it with a flasher. I recommend a xcal2 http://www.vmptuning.com/store/index.php?p=product&id=137&parent=71
