brake lights/horn

a friend of mine drives a 2001 range rover. i owe him a practical joke and want to connect his brake lights to his horn. any help would be appreciated. also, it seems like it would be easy if he has a trailer wiring harness. not sure. please add detail. i dont have a mechanical background.
