I started having problems with my power doorlocks not locking, but they would un-lock. I bought new power locks and they worked fine for about a month. Now they are doing the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Have you checked to see if your switch may be sticking?

Do you mean the lock knobs that you can manually slide to lock/unlock. If this is what you mean, they seem to slide fine.:screwy:

They are power right? I was referring to the switch you push to lock and unlock them.

Yes, they are power. Maybe I'll take the switches out and make sure all the connections are tight and clean them up a bit.

The foil membranes in those switches are prone to corrosion if the car was ever rained into.

I've had that problem before. Take the door panel off and lubricate all the places where the linkages and everything rub together, they get really dirty and start sticking. I just sprayed WD-40 on all the joints and hinges while repeatedly locking and unlocking the door. Now my doors lock and unlock fine by just using the switch.
