how to tell if LHS FRAME is cracked or broken?

HI Members
I have a feeling my frame might be cracked or broken, when i put my brakes on i can feel something banging under the car. ALso when I am driving in rain the wheels go whereever and also when I hit a bump, it feels like I have NO control over my wheels.....
If not the frame, what else could this be? I have had both balljoints and outer tie rod ends done on this car, also tires, but have not had them balancedor aligned.
HELP....PLEASE...........
