1991 jimmy not getting fuel please help

my 1991 gmc s15 jimmy wont start.i'm not getting fuel to the throttle body.is there a fuel pump relay? and if so where is it and how do i test it.and how do i test the fuel pump? i put in my code reader and it poped up with code 54 and code 22. my ignition switch is a bit worn out but turns the motor over just fine but could this maybe be my problem? any answers will really help.

I do know that a 95 has a relay. It was in the glove box behide a panel. I hope this helps.

Code 54 is fuel pump circuit code.

The 5.7 engine the bolt on black cover and a inline fuep pump fuse beside relay.
Check for fuel pump 12 volt power there.
Key on prime up or engine cranking.
