Rebuild or new motor?

It's at that time where I have to start asking my self rebuild the motor or just get a new one. I found this one (http://www.stillen.com/sportscars_detail.asp?cat=2&subcat=201&id=13383&page=1) but I'm sure it would quite a bit cheaper to just rebuild it with those parts if not better. What do you all think?

I think a rebuild would be definitely cheaper...pistons and rods should run you around 2-4k...depending on brand...but nothing over 6k...like that.
