Ceased Wipers 91 Tercel

HI - My 91 Tercel wipers have ceased. I've removed the motor as per an earlier posting and it checks out ok. Problem seems to be the wiper pivots, the wipers move, but not freely. Has anybody removed, cleaned re-lubed and replaced these from the housing above? Any hints on the easiest way to fix this prob would be greatly appreciated.

Im having the same problem did you get it fix and if you did can u tell me how thnx. my email is [email protected] . would u happen to know a good site that has a diagram of the wiper pivots i dont know what they look like.
