Ceased wipers

HI - My 91 Tercel wipers have ceased. I've removed the motor as per an earlier posting and it checks out ok. Problem seems to be the wiper pivots. Has anybody removed, cleaned re-lubed and replaced these from the housing above? Any hints on the easiest way to fix this prob would be greatly appreciated.
