Concorde speedo dead

I have a 99 Concorde with a 2.7L and auto trans. The speedo stopped working and it went into limp mode. I checked the relays and the harness plug. I did test test from the manual and got no voltage on the wires to the output VSS which according to to book means the VSS is OK. I also got two codes when the engine light came on, P0700 & P0731. After changing the TCM I am still stuck at square one. Any ideas?


Just to close this i changed the VSS anyway and all is fine.
