Rebuilding head... the usual.
I was looking at a gasket set on ebay and noticed it came with valve seals. Looking at the head, it looks like they don't budge from their spot. Should I replace them or keep the stockers that are in there? Also, what's the point of valve guides then? I looks like I don't have valve guides. Unless their inside the valve seal. Grr... What's the deal here? Thanks

 The seals wil come off, but you gotta work 'em a bit. I would put the new ones on. The guides are in the other side of the seals. You can also see the guide by flipping the head upside down and looking where the valve goes into the head. Guides keep the valve going in straight, seals make sure oil doesnt just run down into the cylinder.
