96 Crown Vic Sticking Auto Brake Release

My Automatic Brake release has been having issues automatically releasing. I just started having the problem in the last couple of days and haven't had time to diagnose. Is this a cable issue or possibly a fluid pressure issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Probably a vacuum issue.
