I have an 89 lebaron stored for the last six years in my mom's garage and I would like to bring it back to life. Besides a new battery, what else should I do? Is the lebaron salvageable?

I'd probably pull all the plugs. Loosen the accessory belts/drive belts, add a little oil to each cylinder, a little, through the plug holes. Put a socket on the end of the crank, see if I could turn the engine by hand? Maybe nothing is froze-up.
Put some fresh gas in it. Check all the fluids. Disable the ignition, so it will crank but not start. Give it several good cranks to try and circulate the oil before it starts. If it starts, kill it, change the oil and filter, change all the filters. I'd lube everything I could find on the steering--suspension system.
I'm sure some of the other folks have some good ideas. I guess you could forget all this and just jump in and hit the key, but I would take it easy till I see how it acts.
