1999 Miata rough idle

Can anyone help? I have a 1999 Miata that has an occasional rough idle. I have replaced the plugs, plug wires, coil pack, fuel filter and fuel pump with no luck. I have tried unleaded and premium fuel. Also, I have tried fuel injector cleaner. Any ideas? The car has 137K miles but still has great compression on all cylinders.
