More target than hunting. I generally treat archery season as just another reason to get into the woods.

what state do you hunt in?I am very lucky to be living where we do.One hr. away from my door is where the world record hanson buck was taken.we have some very large antlers around here.Its not as good as it used to be but still some of the best hunting in the world.I began archery at the age of aprox.18.Took me forever to learn but then went to many tournaments and did alright.I just hunt now.We just got two elk a couple weeks ago.thats good for us.We only have 15,000 elk in the province.

I live in Central California. Hunt up in the Sierras about 2 hours away. Deer up there have gotten pretty scarce but still enjoy getting out.
