Finally got the by pulling2 bottles of Lubeguard Red in my transmission tonight.I noticed a big difference just going through the gears the first time!
I finally just drained some from the pan by taking about half the bolts out and just let some drain into an oil pan.
Thanks to Steve and all who responded.Hopefully it will last a while,I will keep everyone updated.
One more thing,it looked like the old fluid was clean.:)

In that case, I'd seriously plan a complete flush somewhere down the road.
I think I mentioned this before somewhere -- it's recommended by FoMoCo to do a flush every 30k miles on this trannie.
