2003 Galant relays

I have a loud clicking coming from the defrost vent. It starts when I turn the ignition to the "on" position without starting the car. I checked my fuse panel and the relays under the hood, but none of them seem to be the problem. Can anyone tell me where, if any, are the other relays located.
