It has the 5.0 in it. Im thinking about trading it for my 1984 Turbo Diesel Benz and giving him $200 and deal. Got a few questions..
How well do the transmissions last on these trucks and what usually goes wrong with them if they hold up that well.
Car starts (almost) had it going for a little on starting fluid with little fuel. Guessing it's a fuel pump or even bad gass.
Body is in ok condition. Few dents here and there.
WHat do you think? Should I do it?

Keep the Mercedes! That is alot of miles on that truck!

Got it for free thou. Plus it has a busted windsheild, needs a new master cylinder, new ignition switch. (the benz)
:edit: i plan on doing a rebuild on it sooner or later. I just wanna know if it will last for another 10k miles.
