got the hood closing, 2 hood hinges and a latch fixed that, found some of the ground effects, got both the door pieces in the right color, now all i need is the lower passenger side rocker mounted dround effects, bought a new driverside door handle, finally got the car started, module in the HEI was shot, so i built, blueprinted and tested a new distributer, car fired right up, sounds good, picked up my heads and intake, still trying to find my crank, got some of my other parts, found a parts car, 83 or 84 f41 camaro, im pullin the carpet, dashpad, and center council out of it, and whatever else i can think, then you guys can have what you want out of it, got the interior cleaned up nearly,(about 3 entire cans of dr.pepper spilled in it ALL OVER, seats cleaned up nice, carpet is shot, same with dashpad, both door panel top, outer window sweeps, car needs new door and hatch weatherstriping

I saw that, but I wasn't going to touch that one with a ten-foot pole (pun not intended). You're going to have enough "fun" with it already, and don't need any "help" like that.

I traded my old 33 X 12.50 Thornbirds for a mint dash pad. That was a sweet deal cause those tires were worthless.

ok so the car is in hibernation for the winter, to cold to work on it! but heres some pics, ive nearly completely stripped the interior, new carpet and floormats are going to be ordered sometime soon, got a mint dashpad, and a better center console, cleaned all the seat and they look 100% better, got some nicer doorpanels, and i completely rewired the stereo(had some ricer install it before i think) ran the wiring for my autometer gauges. got my new hatch and door weatherstriping from soffseal. my pistons which i paid 45$ for arrived along with my a pillar gauge pod. and i also rebuilt all my seatbelt. but anyways heres some pics:

FormulaLT1

The trick to getting them to fit right is to apply pressure on the gauge pod against the trim while drilling the mounting holes. Then when you line it up again to screw in the hole the pod give a tight seal again the trim pillar.
