98 grand voyager engine light on code 351,505

My engine light is one and i used an OBDII scanner and gve me these codes:
P0351 - Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit malfunction,
I search allpar.com it's description is Coil #1 is not reaching peak current at the right time
P0505 - Idle Control Sysytem Malfunction, allpar.com says " The idle speed air control does not work properly.
The van seem to shake at idle or at a stop light. Any suggestions? What causes the coil#1 to malfunction and the IAC not to work properly?
