I've seen some good aftermarket lash adjusters/lifters on ebay. Cheap creations for $100 up to $300 for solid ones. Are there any set backs to using the solid ones? Any favorites? And is shimming difficult? Also, anyone know the cheapest place to pick up a GT35R or GT3076R?

Hey man, good to see you. I would stay away from the solid ones. Just get the revised ones. Personally, fixing lifter tick isnt worth $100. :)
Also, you should use the subforums.

All you need are lifters off a 3g and it'll fix it. No need or fancy lifters.

I thought we went over this before but I could be wrong....I thought the revised lifters were just called the "3rd gen" lifters, not that they were actually from a 3g eclipse.

I think he's right. I think the 3rd gen lifters only came in 99's.

You are probably right. I probably just misread the information. I'll make note of that in my mind. Thank's for the correction :)
