Jumping to conclusions again Ian? That's a crossing, headed toward the camera...

Nope.
I saw the other pictures when you posted them on Voy.
Just trying to figure out why you're the only one not lined up for the crossing, and why your wheels are pointing away from it.
It made my "poser alarm" go off :D

Well, I started to head in, and changed my mind. I decided it was a nice pose though. Only 1 or 2 of us went across, and we all ended up going back the way we came as the trail on the other side didn't go anywhere we could tackle.

By the way, I'm somewhat comforted to see another Aztec Red Xterra ripped apart by JPEG compression. Don't know what it is, but JPEG hates red trucks, loves yellow ones.

I have some pictures that certainly resemble that observation! :( I wonder why that is? Maybe JPEG is blinded by the beauty! :D

Admit it, you just wanted to open the passenger door and let all the empties roll out :D

Well Ian I think Brent was not even on a slant, as you can see from the picture there is a slight discoluration in the left index of the last pixel on that picture. To the naked eye it seems like he has parked his rig on an embankment but the fact will tell you otherwise.
He tilted the camera about 23 degrees and overexposed the background 110percent. When the picture was downloaded he used photoshop to turn the wheels while moving the other trucks pointing slightly in the other direction. Therefore the conclusion must be that he intent is to cross the body of water, while leaving overworked minds to believe he was merely taking a poser shot...
Jeeezzzz Lemon entry my dear watson...

Ian, nice pic, you been driving around my backyard lately? That's remarkably similar to the little hills around Vancouver. Lots of places like that around Colorado?

If that's the trail from the NW side of the Rt. 234 exit on 95, then I suppose it is.

Hehe, you don't know how right you are! We had just come from this hillclimb area (mpeg) (http://home.us.net/~stimpy/xterra/Dumfries_VA/8-25-2001/Chris_hillclimb.mpg) and I had just come down the hill and had everything in my seat slide into the floor. I went to get my camera out from the passenger side and out fell a plastic bottle, an orange juice carton, and 2 VHS tapes of our last outing that Allen just gave me! Trash was retrieved, and the tapes were in slipcases and appear to have survived (they floated).

My mistake, I didn't see that in the above post you said Rt. 234, I've been there a few times.
