Holy crap its been a while...

I haven't posted on my favorite forum in forevvvverrrrr. MOst of you probably don't know me ( i had the scuba steve flippers on my hood, he he), but i was working on the 240 a long time ago. Well, college starts again soon, but over the summer, not much has happened. I did finally manage to get another head onto my car on my own :icon16: . Had a 5 angle valve job, resurfacing, and pressure tested witha few valves replaced. Everything is hunky doory pretty much. Had a bit of trouble gettin' the car to fire, but I took it to a local shop and turns out the timing had to be adjusted :rolleyes: . My car should be back in my hands monday and i will post some pictures up when i do. I also removed the ac and the powersteering since both were shot. A very different car since i bought less than a year ago, lol. Nice to see that the 240 forum is still thriving.

sup yo..yeah i loved that flipper on the hood...man we though it was some kined of extream JDm lol!

ha ha...sooo funny, lol. yeah, it was sitting in the carport and i was standing next to the car, and i just reached over and ripped em off,lol. Didn't take any paint cuz the glue seperated from the flipper, lol. So i now i just have to get the glue off....:P.
