is it bad to put headers/intake on a car without exhaust?

i mean with stock exhaust

what do you mean without exhaust? as in just straight headers, or as in stock exhaust. if its stock you're talking about, then no, its not bad, either mod will just allow your engine to flow better, freeing up a few hp.

No it's not bad...but what you are looking at is letting the motor breath a little better to produce some more HP.

I would suggest though upgrading the exhuast soon after doing those mods to help increase that flow and give you a few more ponies..

yeah i know. I really want greddy EVO but just about all of North America is on backorder from Japan, with no real ETA. Im going off to college soon so i figure ill get what i can now, and worry about the exhaust when someone actually has it.:cool:
