Does anyone know how to remove the radio in a 2005 Corolla? I need to get to the antenna connection.
Thanks,
Steve

1)Take a flat head screw driver and just pop out the plastic peice ont he bottom in green, and just lift it out in the direction it the arrows. You might have to put your shifter into L.
2)Now take out the middle dial (the green circle up top), and take all the 3 screws out
3)Now just take the vent out by sticking a flat head screw driver under it and just popping it out...sorry forgot to take a picture of that.
4)Now pop that whole center peice out by pulling it out from the top down, and then lift it up and out. be careful because there are some wires behind the clock and all attached to it.
5)With an allen wrench, take out the 4 bolts, and just pull the stereo straight out and disconnect the cables in the back.
6)the wiring harness will attach to these 2, and then your stereo harness will attach to that wiring harness. I just twisted them together and electrical taped it.
7)After the stereo harness is connected to the wiring harness. You can maybe see the electrical tape. If your stereo needs its own ground, theres a ground point to the left directly above the steering wheel mount, you'll see all the ground points connected to it, you can just tap into that.
8)Put the stereo into the dash kit and screw it in nice and tight, and then connect everything up and slide it in
9)Installing everything is basically in reverse of theabove.
10) Basically everything popped back into place and working.
Hope that it helps you
