Well I have tried every thing in here and nothing worked. So now I am going to replace the wiper motor. I am going out to an uncle to strip a motor off of one his old trucks what years would match up for me. I am guessing 92- 94 any other years?

came across your post, hopefully you fixed your problem..
if it is/was not your motor.. the module usually fails due to corrosion and breaks in the circuit board. if you know how to solder you can save your self 30-40 bucks, module is avail at autozone.. but the black box on the firewall in front of the driver side, take cover off and remove module, inspect and solder any breaks in the circuit runs.. this will restore your intermittent and low and hi speeds depending on which lines were damaged..
good luck
