96 Caravan dies in drive

hi, im havinig problems with my 1996 dodge caravan. the car dies when i shift into drive. im i used the scanner and i get codes:32 egr solenoid circuit, 24 tp sensor voltage low, 61 baro out of range, 71 5 volt supply output to low,11 interm loss of com or ckp. i replaced the tps sensor, crank sensor, cam sensor. i also changed the plugs and wires. the car still dies when i shift into drive. if i give the car gas, the car will jump but with die a little down the road. i also check the fuel pressue which i fine. im not sure if its the computer or what. can someone please help me, i would really appreciate any type of help.

Clean the interior of the throttle body. Do not use carburetor cleaner.

I have already done that. still the cars doesnt stay on when shifted into drive. when the car is in park, the car is fine. other then that, im having problem getting the car to stay on when in drive.

When you rev it up a little and put it into drive, does it sqeal the tires a little and then stall???? If it does, that means you torque convertor is locked up and will not unlock. That could be electrical or it could be mechanical, since you had a few codes that were odd electrical ones, maybe the transmission is getting the signal to lock the converter when it shouldnt???
