I dunno if anyone else has mentioned this, or tried this stuff, but man it's GOLD. I can't believe no one thought of this earlier!

I bought the Crazy Glue-brand stuff, but it's the same thing. It works SO well for working with resin parts. It gives you time to put the parts into place.
Just thought I'd express my love for it. Go out and buy it now if you don't have it! :smokin:

Any thick type of CA glue will accomplish the same thing.

A small tube of regular Crazy Glue from the grocery ($2 USD) is the only CA I have any hope of getting through before 2/3 of the tube goes solid. Works as well as anything else I've tried.

the gel is awesome. It stays in one spot, I found it really great when I was working on a functioning suspension

I use gels too.. the 3m stuff.. I love the 'case' they have, stops the tube from leaking and easy to cap on-off. It's a lot more expensive 3~4 bucks per tube but I get through the whole thing before it hardens up. Hrm, that sounded like I went through it pretty quick... it normally takes 3~4 models for me to use up a full tube.. so that's... er.. at least 3 months.

(note: I have no idea who said that so don't ask me :cwm27: )

I don't use the gel that often. Most of the time I use a medium CA something htat isn't so thin that it runs all over the place, but thin enough to flow
