Hello,
My name is Jeremy Mahovlich and I am a model builder, promoter and journalist. I have been building automotive and military models for the better part of my life but I got back into the hobby seriously in 1997 and I have been very passionate about the hobby since.
My main areas of interest are sportscar racing, nostalgia rods and customs and F1. I mostly build 1/24 & 1/25, but I also enjoy small scale models for thier delicate details and I have begun a large scale Tyrell. My military models center around armour and some aircraft and I like to use weathering skills learned with these models on my automotive projects.
I have been a columnist for a couple of magazines and I attend and compete at shows all across Western Canda and the Pacific Northwest. I am hard at work promoting my new automotive hobby event called Model Car Mecca which features a large model car championship caliber contest.
I am looking forward to corresponding with other members of the forum and I hope to be of help where possible.
Thank you,
Jeremy
