I got a couple questions. Is there such thing as a H22A Prelude engine from Japan with 220hp? Cause I'm at this website

http://www.hazone.com/default.htm?codes.htm

and it's showing me that there are 2 different H22A engines.

5G '97+ Prelude SiR Japan BB H22A 2157 10.6:1 200hp@6800
161lb-ft@5500

5G '97+ Prelude Type S Japan BB H22A 2157 11.0:1 220hp@7200
163lb-ft@6500

I'd like to know if it would be a good idea to put an H22B engine with 220hp into my 93 Accord EX/EXR. What type of mods can I do to it when I have it in. I need as much info as possible because I have to decide when I'm gonna get the engine. And where can I get access to both engines. Thanx:cool:

In my last messege in the last paragraph I made a mistake. I'd like to know about a H22A with 220hp not a H22B. Thanx

Damn website i just wrote a reply and when i went to post it it fucked up and erased it all.

anyway there is a Prelude Type-S with 220HP and the engine is Kick Ass!!! Here is a brief summary of what goes into it.

BEEAUTIFUL!!!:eek2:

Expensive. though if you search youll find one between 4500$ and 6500$
that has the engine, ECU, and transmission(standard with LSD).

If you can afford it you should go for it because 1. your car would HAUL total ASS! and 2. you would have one of the most rare Honda engines around.

Let me know what you decide to do

Peace. :bandit:
