This Morning is turned the key and got nothing. No Click, no sttempt to turn over. I turned the key back to the off position and tried again. Smae results. After about 3 trys it started right up. Makes me think this is a starter issue.
Got to work, turned the car off, turned it back on, no problems. waited about a half hour and tried again....still no problems. Makes me think it's a battery problem.
Any ideas??

As always, check the battery connection and make sure it is tight and does not wiggle. Make sure that there is no rust or white stuff developing on the battery terminals. Check cables connection to the starter.
Some battery have some small clear hole to tell you if the battery is still good or not. If it is green then it is good and if black then it's not good.
However, the best way to check for battery problem is to have it load tested at Autozone for FREE. Just bring it to them to check the battery for load testing and they can also check the alternator to make sure that it is charging the battery properly while they are at it.

Iy's possible that your problem is being caused by a bad/low battery but it might also be the key switch. I'd rule out the battery by having it tested first then I'd double check the connections on your starter to make sure they are good. I've found that at least half of the time, these intermittant problems are loose or corroded connections but I mention the key switch because it is yet another connection that that can go bad.
