96 Skylark rear window motors

I have a 96 Skylark and the right rear window will go down fine but will not go up quickly. Sometimes you have to wait or shut the car off before you can try to put the window back up. The window will also go up a little bit at a time. I believe it just need the window motor. Any thing else I should be concerned about or check. Also, does the motor seperate from the regulator or is it one piece. Dealer item?
