HU- Pioneer DEH-P6800MP
AMP- Rockford Fosgate Punch P4002
SUB- 2 Rockford Fosgate P210S4
is this going to be worth my money or will i just be wasting my money and time? can you tell me why or any tips that would be able to notify me of the problems.

is that the head unit you have now or the one you are planing to buy. i have the premire version of that one ( the 680) i have no complaints about it but with the pioneer version the pre amp outputs are only like 2.2 or below. if you are running a system you want at least 4 or higher i think pioneer makes one that has 9 volts. but about the compenot parts i was reading here that rockford is starting to decline in more ways then one. so..yea

Wow thats going to cost more than its worth, to me rockford from anywhere is overpriced and usually doesnt sound very great. Id say a set of ascendant assasins, and either 2 profile amps or a single mono amp from hifonics, older PPI, or profile. If you must keep it to either best buy or local buying get either a set of infinity kappa's, or alpine's. And invest in a decent set of component speakers or very nice 2 ways and a small 2-channel amp like 50x2.
