parking brake frooze

hey got a question, the other nite i set my parking brake... now it wont come undone, all the lines under the truck seem free...?? how do i get it unfrooze?

Start by taking of the rear wheels. Then slam on the drum with a big hammer sometimes that will let them release. If it rear disc. Then you need to get to where the cable attaches to the parkking lever and manually release it. Its not very easy but it can be done.
