I have several riddles for you guys.
1. There is a man who lives in an apartment complex on the 12th floor. When he leaves for work every day, he takes the elevator to the first floor, and continues out the front door of the complex and on his way to work. He get a one hour lunchbreak everyday at 1pm. When he comes home, he take the elevator to only the 6th floor, gets off of the elevator and walks the remaining 6 floors to his apartment. When he leaves to go back to work, he takes the elevator all the way down. When he returns, he uses the same method as he did when returning to his apartment for the lunchbreak. Why does he do this?
2. A man lives in the forest, and has all of his life. He has and continues to walk this same trail every day of his life to retrieve water from the stream not to far away. One day, he sees a cabin in the middle of the trail. This cabin was never there before. He looks through a window and there are 6 dead bodies. How did the cabin get there?
3. You are driving a bus early on a busy Monday morning. The bus makes the first stop and picks up 5 people. The second stop, it picks up 12 more people. On the third stop, 2 people get off. Can you figure out the age of the bus driver using the given information. If so, what is his age?

English isnt my girl's first language...she gets the words you, me, and I mixed up a lot...I think she does pretty good since she can also speak Thai(native tongue), Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese...not bad for a highschool girl...now back on topic

1. Oh i think i got it, if you read closely it never says that he boards the elevator on the 12th FLOOR. He simply goes down the stairs to the 6th floor and boards the elevator down.

^ oh yea, thats it. I rememember hearing that riddle before, except it added "on rainy days, he takes the elevator all the way up to the 12th floor" because he has an umbrella & can reach the button.

1. He DID take the elevator down from his floor, the 12th, but I will give you the answer anyway. He is a midget. He cannot go to the 12th floor because he cannot reach the 12th floor button, he can only reach to the 6th floor button.
2. Plane Cabin :)
3."YOUR" driving a bus. People usually dont get ever get that one if it is verbally told, but when you have in text, its a no-brainer.
