gm syncromesh is also good...its a few bucks cheaper. I paid 14 bucks canadian for 2 liters of synchromesh as opposed to the 19 honda wanted for their mtf

Honda MTF or 10w30/ 10w40 oil, damn this question gets asked too much.

dexcool? thats a GM engine coolant, just use some 10w-30 motor oil, synchromesh, or honda MTF.

I think by dex hes referring to ATF fluid, called dexron or something. So no, dont pour ATF into your manual tranny. Stick with Honda MTF and even if you had an auto tranny, I'd use Honda Gen. ATF.
