Hello, My name is Staven Knight and I just want to say what’s up. I joined the forum to learn a bit more about cars – I always drove an Acura Legend for a long time, but then it got old so I bought a car more mature looking – I still love my Legend but it’s starting to show it’s age, just like me. :)

Just a little info about me:

I am not 40 just yet
I am married
I have 2 Kids
I live on the Queens/Nassau County Border

An interesting relevant quirk about me is because I have such a big backyard with a two car garage, my family decides it’s a parking lot for their cars that they no longer want. They say they will fix it real soon, but then show up at my house with a new car. I just ask for the keys and title at that point. My wife hates it but every once in a while I sell one and give her half – it appeases her a bit.

Here is my current collection

2000 MercedesBenz S500 - Black - mine, just got it, need to get to know it better - garaged
1994 Acura Legend GS Automatic – Black – don’t drive it because it needs some work. It is what I had before the S-Class
1990 Acura Legend L Sedan – Tan – man I bought my house from didnt want to take it with him, so he gave me the title and keys at closing.
2002 Acura RL – Dark Blue – Aunt got too old to drive. I drove it before I was able to get the MB, it is in pretty bad shape because she never really took care of it.
1998 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer – Blue– Fathers, retired moved south and bought a Caddy DTS
2004 Ford Escape – Black – wifes car that she loves

Thank you, I got to know my Legend okay enough to fix things here and there. But that MB is a monster - I was trying to read a repair manual I bought and I got a headache :banghead:  -

Not that impressive. The 90 Legend tranny just died on me yesterday evening. I had to push it on the street, a friend is going to tow it to the junk yard today for me. I decided to take the RL after that and there was coolant on the grass where it was parked. It is in really bad shape. I actually wanna clear my yard before thanksgiving so the RL might go as well.
